chicken. marinate the chicken with knorr teriyaki sauce, salt, pepper, sesame oil, rice wine, ginger and spring onions.
the marinade should cover the chicken.
marinate overnight. grill the chicken until done. approx. 3mins. each side.
sauce. saute ginger, garlic and onions in saute pan. deglace with rice wine. add knorr teriyaki sauce. add sesame oil and spring onions. simmer for 1min.
vegetables. togue, bell peppers sliced, onions, chopped, garlic chopped. in a saute pan, saute onions and garlic. add the a bit of kikoman. add the bell peppers saute for 30seconds. add the rest. saute for 30seconds and season with kikoman. add sesame oil after cooking.
then plate! plate is a canvass! create!
