food in singapore

noodles I ordered in one of the hawker centers in Singa.

this one is near vivo city Sentosa train terminal.

I forgot the name.

Flavor is very Asian. Sweet spicy and smoky wok stir-fry flavor. Very nice.
the noodles used is hofan + egg noodles.

Sauce is oyster, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, slurry, chili  and spring onions on top.

cooked in hig pressure burner and wok. smoking good!

SGD 4.00 value for money

The spiciness is a little bit high for a Filipino diner. For me it is worth it

the verdict!  the chef is impressed! good to try!...:)

their own version of fish fillet 'en papiliotte'.

the fish is lightly seasoned with salt and pepper + chili garlic on top. steamed. wrapped in foil.

once opened you can't stop but eat.

SGD 7.00

Good combination hot and cold. creative Asian dish.

the verdict! the chef is impressed.....
