deep fried fish whatever in singapore again :)

we ate in this indonesian restaurant in lucky plaza singapore and we ordered this fish.

the fish is like a filipino adobo flakes.

it is breaded and fried until crispy. the skin falls off when you touch it or bite onto it.

it is surprising we have a lot of similarities with their cuisine.

the dish is fantastic. the taste is just right not too salty. crispy even cold.

the fish is accompanied with sambal and cucumber.

costs SGD 6.00

my verdict! chef is impressed.....
