I love to walk around the city day and night.
one weekend i went to one of the hawker centers in singa near outram mrt station.
a lot of passers by are buying these delicacies.
I was curious. I bought one of each. I tasted cumin and curry. it was an indian delicacy.
the flavor is exciting every bite you taste the hint of cumin, curry, cloves and cardamon. sweet, spicy, moist, soft, dry, texture.
it really challenged my palette. if you're into exotic asian flavors this is a must try. if your palate is into western. you won't appreciate this one.
costs SGD 2.00 each
my verdict! 10/10 for exotic asian flavor. 4/10 for general public not everyone likes exotic.
