lapu fillet with sesame beurre blanc sauce


lapu fillet with sesame beurre blanc sauce.

fish. season fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

dredge with flour.  

heat saute pan. saute the fillet with little oil. approx 3 mins. per side.

set aside.

sauce. saute chopped white onions in saute pan. deglace with white wine. add butter and heavy cream. simmer. season with salt and pepper to taste. add sesame oil and black sesame seeds. stir.

vegetables. blanch all the veg. saute with little butter and lemon juice. season with salt pepper. 


plate. be creative. break the rules. use your imagination.......
